I have used Need To Travel a few times and have always found them not only cheaper than the air lines but find better flights than the air lines post. have just booked a flight to Sydney for January which worked out less than using the air line web site. I have never had any trouble using this company and on the few times I have had to contact them by phone they were always helpful.

I managed to get and book the flight that I prefer in one call only which I highly recommend to my friends who are interested to fly this coming Christmas season

We worked with a man named Arun. He was amazing he worked with us all through the process and made what was difficult more simple so you could understand each aspect of the booking and travel arangment . I could honestly say that i would use Arun and his company for other holidays i plan to go on or just for advise which may lead to going on holiday. I was rather happy to pay the amount quoted because there was no hidden charges and there were straight to the point. They have an excellent service i would recommend anyone to them. Infact i already have! Regarding booking of the aifairs the hotel and the travel insurance go to NEED TO TRAVEL! It is the best service i have ever had within all my years of my travels Silvey family.

It appears to me this company has a call centre in India or Manila but if they maintain their service standards, I will have no problems booking with them again. I called to check some options for flights to Auckland and I was given some options, rather than being force fed the CHEAPEST price only. The chap I spoke to was willing to listen rather than just speak. Once paid for, I got my E-ticket confirmation an hour later along with another email a few hours later from customer services checking if I had any special requests and if they were recorded by my booking agent at the time of the booking. Not a bad bit of after sales service, I was quite impressed by the company trying to make sure everything was in order after I had paid them.

Ive booked with this company on 2 occassions on both occassions weve had excellent experience. They know how to retain their customers. The reason why I rebooked with them again because they promised they would provide me a good discount next time. I re booked in June 2013 for 3 weeks at christams which cost £5200.00 the accomaodation was amazing the bedding had been neat and clean in which we had beautiful lights flashing. The pool was beautiful, they didn't charge us for pool heating. We stayed there for our entire holiday. When you contact them they respond to you immediately except on weekends or you get at least an email from customer services. They use high quality letting agencies and provide executive services. They did everything right and made my vacation memorable. I told them we needed to be near kissimmee with in 10-20 min drive and they booked us right there. I will use and recomend them again. They have maintained their level of service.
