What can say? Absolutely terrible service. Amount of lies and false promises i'd heard in 11 days was just stunning. After paying the full balance it took me a week of begging for the invoice/receipt. I was on the phone every day (at least once) but all i heard were promises. At that point i still didnt have an E ticket. delay was obviously blamed on the airline being clustered with issuing the tickets. This wasnt true either because after 10 days i received a phone call from THE MANAGER who informed me that i can not fly on the day i chose, payed for or had confirmed by NEED FOR TRAVEL. So in the end i had to change my date of travel, change the reservation of hotel, car rental and so on..... Spent almost £1000 with them and all i got was a stress and sleepless nights. Dont choose to go through this yourself, IT IS HORRIBLE. Didnt even get a sorry from them...
