I never booked with a travel agent online before it was my first time, i was taking my family to dubai and pakistan, so i came accross mushtaq travels website, I called them and they were very polite and professional, i tried calling other pakistani travel agents but i was not satisfied as they sounded very unprofessional, i didnt want to pay £3000 to a company that i wasnt sure about, I eventually paid by my credit card had to pay 3% but it was worth the piece of mind. I got really good service each time i called mushtaq travel and in particular ashif who was always happy to speak. I called about 5-7 pakistani travel agents they all sounded not bothered and not trustworthy, I recommend to all to try mushtaq travel agency in derby.
