I had a wonderful experience. Initially I was very much skeptical about it but with the experience and service I got from them, it went away in a jiff. Especially the agent who has been a wonderfull help throughout. Booking, rebooking everything was handled very smoothly from there hand and it was a very good and transparent experience. It was great tour of kerala and Kanyakumari organize by the makeyoutravel. Hotels was very good and taxi service was also good..Driver was very gentel. I definately recommend to my friens and relatives.

Hey friends as we all know very well about indigo airlines horrible services and staff hospitality same situation for me when I was from hyd to kochi .the gave me a boarding pass to 26 gate and the changed to 24 when I enquired regarding that the ground staff misdirected me that my flight is delayed for a one hour .after half n hour when I asked we 4guys missed the flight and they saying flight was on time ..after we talked to this guys named tl ALOK they can't do help to get and I am forcefully take new tickets ..they don't wana give even a min to talk as they know its their staff mistake ....prefer not to take any chance to get a bad experience from them ..

The seven day Rajasthan package was very well organised. The hotel selection, cars and drivers was top class. The drivers were well behaved,polite and knowledgeable. Was very impressed by the constant contact the tour manager maintained.

Overall the trip was well organized but the initial steps while organising the things were not managed properly. Need to put efforts in dealing with customer and their requirements. Thanks

I have booked Europe package from Aarti and she has cheated us with lots of wrong committents and wrong information to us... We travelled to Europe in October and paid almost 5 lakhs her for that. At the time of booking she was so nice and after payment she didn't called single time to us... She didn't know anything about travel and she pretend like she knows everything. Don't trust them guys and don't book any package from them. Companies with dumb people like aarti and many more...

The agent assigned was very nice to talk to and was very cooperative.The problem was that there was not any agent in Dubai to receive us,There was a driver to do the job,If there was any problem we were told to contact our travel agency in Delhi.Hotel given to us was excellent but 2 dinner coupons given to us of restaurants which were substandard. Itinerary provided was adhered to our satisfaction. They should improve to give full satisfaction.I could recommend to some one with a rider .They should carefully look at the itinerary and sort out every minute detail before paying the amount.

Our 7 people Europe Trip was totally spoiled and we all had mental harrassment from them This is the worst company and tey are professional in cheating. They charge service tax but not issue the invoice. They are also involved in a grand theft of service tax.

I was said to stay in the hotel lobby. Hotel Lobby and that too for 9 hours..
