After pre-purchasing a travel voucher worth over $2k to Bali through travelzoo.com/au I called ME Travel to book my preferred dates (as instructed on the voucher). The representative who answered the phone was unfriendly, spoke in a bored monotone and proceeded to spell out their email address even when I confirmed that I had it.
