from coming on line to look, Booking was so easy customer services was great very helpful. Hotel was great , the only thing I could say was the transport from the airport it took 2 hrs to get to hotel which was a nightmare as we had flown for 5 hrs due to bad weather from Manchester. When we got to Tenerife we sat on the coach for at least 1 hr then a 2 hr drive round everywhere we were next to the last so I think next time I will think twice about the transport.

In regards to transfer, if you were travelling in shared shuttle bus, it can take some time to collect all passengers and drop them off in their resorts.
