Yesterday, me and my boyfriend wanted to book a holiday to Dubai, we decided to book with Low Cost Holidays as it was the cheapest deal. We did our booking online and we was redirected to the booking page with a warning message saying that the billing address and the address on the bank statements did not match, even though we was shown this message the money was still took out my boyfriend's account. My boyfriend rang Low Cost Holidays straight away and was told that there was no booking and to ring bank and speak to the finance team. After we decided to ring the bank and see that the money had gone to Low Cost Holidays, which it had! We rang back again to see if any sort of booking had gone through, we were told to wait twenty minutes as it can take that long for a booking confirmation to occur. We then rang back for the third time to be told we need to ring the next day. My boyfriend then rang the company and we were told that the confirmation can take 48 hours, yeah right! So he rang again and demanded that the money will be put back into his account, and guess what? The money is still not in his account. We have been offered no compensation for the inconvenience of any kind of apology! DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THESE THEIFS!!!!!!!!!!

I'm truly sorry to hear about the issue you've faced. Please let me assure you that this is not our standard practise and we always aim to provide the highest level of customer care. We require details to be matched to protect our customers from fraud, however if the booking is made, our finance team is deeply checking the situation. I sincerely apologise also if you have found received information misleading, but it may take up to 48 hours to get booking confirmation. This time is needed to make sure that transaction has been processed correctly and to secure all booking components.

First of all I sincerely apologise for what has happened to you on occasion of this booking. I would like to assure you that this is not our standard practice of customer care and occasionally it may happen that the booking has not created straight away. When this happens we advise our customers about the issue and let them decide whether they wish to proceed or cancel and receive a full refund. I'm sorry that our customer service didn't live up to your expectations on this occasion.
