The hotel was fairly basic but clean. was surprised to have to rent a kettle and the TV, not come across that before. entertainment was virtually non existent. Very basic bingo, a parrot show - 15 minutes, an eagle show - 10 minutes both starting at 10.30pm. We avoided the reptiles and in between those nights was music requests. Food ok but tended to be mostly the same each time. Staff helpful and friendly

That's good you've found the hotel clean and it's staff helpful, however I'm sorry to hear about your inconvenience with renting some equipment and not satisfying entertainment or food - I'll pass your feedback on.
