I have found my entire experience with booking through Lowcostholidays.com as a huge disappointment. Having booked extras such as valet parking at Gatwick Airport and transfer from Sharm El Sheik airport to Queen Sharm View Hotel resort I was left in confusion and no knowledge of who I was or booking I had made throughout the entire journey.

On arrival at the Queen Sharm View they had no reference of my booking and at 10:00PM at night having spent and entire day travelling I had to spend another hour at reception sorting out my booking that I had paid for.

The hotel I had booked in to was a disgrace - rather the hotel itself was ok with a nice pool and rooms but the all inclusive package was a complete rip off and disappointment. I have ended up with a horrible bout of bacteria infection which started with diarrhoea and vomiting while staying at the Queen Sharm View and has lasted over a week since my return to London.

I had not previously booked through lowcostholidays.com and will certainly NOT do so in the future. They are not to be TRUSTED and are willing to sell a very high cost holiday to a below standard of quality resort and transfer service.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointment. Please let me explain, that the documentation we've sent you includes all the needed information and vouchers. You can find there your transfer details and on the brown background below are instructions what to do after arrival. Also the hotel vouchers which need to be shown at the reception are there. I apologise you didn't find it suitable enough.
I'm sorry to hear that the hotel you have chosen for your stay didn't meet your expectations. If you want us to take a closer look on this case and investigate it with the hotel, please send us an email with the description of the situation and your reference number using 'contact via email' button so we will do so.
