We love self catering in Fuerteventura & we are satisfied with basic self catering facilities we don't need luxury or fancy. Although we use the bar we don't spend time in the apartment complex we like to get out onto the out of town beach for naked sunbathing or tour the island on the local bus services which are very good. Eat at various restaurants, the standard is high, also shop locally and prepare a couple of meals ourselves. Hire bikes for a couple of days or walk a lot. It was a shame the weather - showers & thunder & lots of cloud - was the worst we have ever experienced in Fuerteventura over about 25 years but it has not put us off, we will be back & we had a lovely holiday, thank you very much.
