From being dropped 4k from our hotel and having to get help and a taxi to a noisy hotel room broken toilet seat and a shower that you had to hold to get a shower this was a horrible experience...Am still waiting on a reply to my email of complaint I sent when I got home. Nowhere near worth the money I paid. This was to be quality time with my daughter before she went to uni and I ended up on phone constantly at the start to try make sure we where getting lifted to get to airport again ok to get home!Area is run down with most of shops closed the rooms are worn out and need some work done.

It has now been 9 days from my first email. I have resent it 2 more times in case it didn't go through. I still haven't even got an acknowledgement that you received any of my emails. Bad customer service added to the list of things that I wouldn't expect from such a popular company.
