Even before the holiday we had to make several phone calls to find out where our paperwork was. Just so much hassle even before we travelled.We had a 2 1/2 hour wait for the transfer from the airport to the resort, that was after we had to transfer to another terminal to try and find a representative and when we did they had nothing on them to say who they where. Even when the coach had arrived all the passengers had to walk a long way to board it. We then had an hour and half journey to our resort. The transfer back to the airport was not much better either.
In over thirty years of travel never have I had this stress and hassle. I very much doubt we will ever use Low Cost Holidays again and will advise everyone to steer well clear.
