We went to Es Cana in Ibiza for 7 nights in July 2015, we were very happy with the flights and shuttle bus transfers however the accomodation was very poor we stayed in the El Cortijo apartments, they were less than basic, no air conditioning which we were aware of but there were no blackout linings with the very thin badly fitting curtains, the room was dirty, I had to clean the toilet before we could use it, the sheets were not changed for the entire week and the towels only changed once when we asked. The main entrance was left wide open all day and night without any reception staff or security and the pool was cloudy and smelt nasty, needless to say we didn't use it!. The accomodation spoilt our holiday and will make us think twice before using low pathologists again because of this.
