I booked my holiday with someone, we wanted a self catering package, she lied her way through the pitch, about an apartment in Alcudia the au Canada hotel apartment. No window in the bedroom, dirty sheets on the bed and no air conditioning. It was likes concentration camp.
Fortunately I paid with my MasterCard and randLoCost the following day, and threatened to exercise my rights under the confines of the consumer credit act 1974 and to be fair I spoke to someone and he sorted us out with a beautiful hotel (Sol Alcudia Apartments) and it was Heaven, thanks, thank God I paid for the Holiday with my master card. 

I would recommend using Lo-cost again except don't ever deal with this person, she caused such grief, also avoid auCanada as a place to stay.
