I booked my holiday in september 2014 for june 2015 the only part of the holiday that was booked was the flight,no transfer no apartment we got moved while we where away to another apartment that was not even in the place we had booked. We booked a apartment with multiple pools and slides to be moved to somewhere that didnt even have a pool.Ihave complained to lowcost and a received a email saying it would be four weeks before i get a reply it has now been 4 weeks and still no reply so complained in another email still waiting.
