Very clean, disappoined with Reception staff, being our return flight was a late evening flight, we asked on arrivabl if we could have a late check out, told to come back, tried again couple of days later told to come back a day before we were due to leave, when we checked again told no hotel was full, I am sure they must know more than one day if they will be full. Excuse was could not make other clients wait for rooms, met a couple during the day who had been told they would not beable to get in their room till after 4pm. We therefore had a very long day. Sitting about and to finish it off we got pick up by the shuttle at 4.15 when our flights was after 8.30pm.
Food was ok but very much the same each evening, nearly every night the desserts were the same. We did not feel the stars matched the hotel. As for superior room they all seemed the same not sure where the superior came into it.
