Just returned from holiday to the algarve. On arrival at faro airport were told that we are not listed on the flight. The Portuguese airport staff at faro were great but could not do much because low cost didn't answer our calls. It appeared that we had been booked on the flight for the day before wrongly. It was extremely stressful and expensive getting a flight home and we now have the stress of trying to be refunded. We have used low cost several times before so were bitterly disappointed. We couldn't check in with monarch because we didn't book direct so this mistake was no noticed sooner.
I recommend you carefully check your flight details with the airline!!
