Was advised of flight cancellation less than 20 hours , tried to get through too your company only to be told that customer service was closed until 9 o'clock the following morning ,whilst I understand that it was the air flights fault, how much nicer would it have been if customers who booked total holiday through low cost holiday could have had contact with customers. if myself and the other three people who had booked also could have got through we could have confirmed a few things with low cost and got an alternative flight through a different company and not lost 2 nights out of 5 nights holiday , so we had to go through monarch on the Saturday lost 2nights of our 5 nights holiday all because we could not get through until the following day too confirm a few things I do feel that if any problems occur keep customer care lines open to help people isn't that what customer care means?
