When I booked , I foolishly omitted a code that entitled me to £40 discount. When I realised a couple of hours later, I sent a message on their web site ( it was Boxing Day otherwise I would have telephoned). I heard nothing so sent an email on 6/1/15. I then went on holiday on the 11/1 and on my return (18/1) contacted them to see what was happening. They denied me ever getting in touch on 26/12 and have now refused to "honour" the discount code they sent me! Oh the holiday itself was really good and we'll go back as the hotel was really good but we won't be booking with low cost holidays that's for sure!
