A bit far to walk to anywhere?

No complaints about the hotel, and the food in particular was very good. We paid (50 euros a night) for an upgrade to a junior suite but sea view was a bit disappointing - side, and over a flat roof. Rooms large and clean. While I personally enjoyed the presence of so many German holidaymakers - they are better behaved and better dressed than we are! - it could have been a bit daunting to be so outnumbered.

Staff were polite but not that interested. Location rather too remote for us, as it was more than a mile to anything resembling a town centre - nearer two, in fact. Taxis available though so no real problem.

We were all inclusive and there was plenty of whatever we wanted available - wine and beer on tap in the restaurant, though the white wine wasn't nice - and the main bar, and the pool bar during the day, were fine. I specially enjoyed the Cava, and my husband the Carlos III brandy.
