booked a holiday with you jan 2014 for 3 in a 1 bed apartment that sleeps 4 foned you in august to ad extra person onto booking was told it would be extra £83 pounds which was fine and i accepted 1 of my party foned you to make final payment but forgot to add extra person i foned you back 3 weeks later to add extra person and was old it was now going to be £283 ??? after much remonstration with so called manager he was not willing to be reasonable and basically told him where to stick it i then foned the hotel concerned in tenerife and they said it would cost an extra 3 and a half euros per nite for the seven nite duration he was staying ??? considering we had already booked an apartment that slept four anyway where did the figure of £283 come from ??? ps i have booked quite a few holidays now with low cost and feel totally let down i await your prompt response,
