Good booking process, simple to follow. Lengthy wait at the airport to get into palma Nova. Walked up to front of Hotel and white plastic chair was thrown from one of higher floors (up to 7) and smashed about 5 feet in front of us. What have we let our selves in for here !!
After that though, hotel was good. Bar great. rooms small and needed updating, cleaned every day - great cleaners. Pool area great and great location to beach and shops. Food just how i like it, plentifull and filling and good selection. I'd go back tomorrow !! Good value for money
