Booked two holidays together to Amsterdam and Berlin for my family. I had very short time and a friend told me to book with Lowcost holidays.
The one of the hotel is not that bad. But the hotel at Berlin was simply terrible. Not even suitable for a individual. Even the taxi driver (pre booked) had to go round three times to fiind the hotel. We were shocked to see the place. Dirty and not sure how you call it a hotel.
One of the hotel was far from city. But I was advised it was very close.
Very dissapointed and first and last booking with Lowcost holidays for sure.
They simply rob you with additional charges which they mention as adjustments. Please don't get cought to these staff who create a heaven over the phone, but in reality almost a hell.
I would never recommend Lowcost holidays even to my worst enemy If I had......
What ever I mentioned here is really true...
