Very unhappy with the service you provided us After booking with yourself and paying the balance you decided to change my flight times so lost a day of our holiday!! I only found out when looking at my booking information, spoken to customer services and they were not interested and said under the terms and conditions they can do that.No correspondence with yourself after the balance was paid. I had to contact the place I was staying for directions and where to go upon on arriving at our destination very quick enough to take our money but Not interested in customer service

Hello,

I am sorry that you are unhappy. As per our terms and conditions that you would have confirmed that you had read and understood before you confirmed your booking, we are a third party supplier and do not own any airline or hotel. Therefore we have no control over airlines when they decide to change a flight and we are sorry for that.

If you booked a transfer with us, then you should not have had to ask for directions and if this was the case, we apologise for that. However, if you did not book transfers with us, then we cannot accept responsibility for this.

Review Centre does not allow links or email addresses to be posted but if you private message us on Facebook, we will make sure that your complaint is logged by our post holiday team.
