Me and 2 friends Arrived at hotel which was over booked were given the choice between no room and sleep on sun loungers or share a 5 bed room with a another group of three.
We had to choose the safer of the two options in terms of our belongings and general safety and share with the other group.
We were given a room for five that was only big enough for four, we had 4 towels between 6. We did not receive another bed for the entire duration of the holiday, even though we asked daily. The hotel said it was not there fault, the travel companies do this to them all the time they cannot help. We were given 1 key between the two parties and so had to organise out holiday around these strangers.
I would not book a holiday with low cost again, it is disgusting how they could let this happen, not once but regularly as others in the hotel had told us the same thing happened to them.
