Found a great deal to Dubai, booked online and paid in full. A day later due to spelling mistake in a surname, called lowcost and recified the mistake and the fee was paid in full (was charged £155 for the pleasure), to which I am yet to receive a receipt.
I understood this was fine now until I logged in online and it says there is an outstanding balance of £378.00? No explanation of how this balance has come about? As far as I was aware we are fully paid up!
I have emailed lowcost twice and tried to call them but "due to a high volume of calls, they are unable to take my call"
I await their response......
