This was the first and last time I'm going to be booking holiday through low cost. Hotel was not even 1 star, dirty,broken cupboards, dirty bathroom, bed sheets were smelly and dirty. Hotel Al Magor must be the worst hotel I have ever seen. The main pool was out of order and there were 50 adults in children pool.. I spent the whole day trying to get transferred to different hotel. The communication from lowcost was very poor. I had to keep calling them back as no one called me back which also cost me £60 on my mobile bill. The first day of my holiday was spent in the lounge of Al Magor hotel. I do not recommend low cost at all.
