This is the second time that I have booked a family holiday with lowcostholidays. Both occasions were completed via website so I cannot comment on staff, however the booking process online could not be easier and everything was as expected on arrival in lanzarote. No problems with transfers, accommodation was clean with helpful staff and of quality expected for the price paid. Overall good value for money and I would definitely recommend lowcostholidays to family and friends.
