Book a holiday at CPO Portugal.
After inspecting 3 rooms all with work going on in the next apartment we chose the best of a bad lot.There was building work going on for all the 10
we were there. In the room next door they were using a neumatic drill to remove the tiles. In the passage way they where leaving there wheel barrow at the end of shift , this was any time up to 9pm and the start was 8am.
We needed to get out from the area , the noise was constant from all of the rest of the work going on all around the complex. Even at the swimming pool you had no rest from the noise.The lift you had to wait for the workmen to remove there waste before you could get in, then you needed to avoid getting covered in dust.

Low Cost Holiday must have been aware of this situation . But are not making there customers aware.
I would certainly have taken a holiday somewhere else
