We booked the Trianflor hotel because we liked what was advertised on your website. However when we arrived we were put in hotel across the road called Dania Majec Hotel. The food was very poor and we had to eat out five out of eight nights. The food was not hot and there was no variety any night or day. No range of desserts and no coffee or tea available at lunch time or evening in dining room. When dining room open for meals the all inclusive bar closed and could not get served. At times had to wait 30mins for service as staff were working in dining hall. No snack food available at all.
We booked hotel with 3 rooftop pools and 1 main pool, but only one small very very cold pool open on roof. The other pool on roof closed down and the poolside bar never opened on time. One day it didnt open until 12.20pm and shut again at 1pm so staff could work in dining hall.
Trianflor also boasted grounds at hotel and 2 Dining rooms, we did not get to experience any of this in Dania Majec!
The entertainment in evening was not suitable for anybody other than elderly Spanish people, therefore we were very disappointed with this hotel.
We did not complain over there as we spoke to numerous people who had same complaint and were told the Hotels were not part of the same group and nothing could be done. We made the best of it as we wanted to try enjoy our time away.
The Hotel is definitely not a four Star hotel and is not suited for Irish or English people as it seems to only cater for Spanish Holiday makers.
