I had used low cost holidays before as the website made it very easy to book. However on this occasion it would not let me book through the website. I entered everything several times and it always came up with an error at the final stage. I called the customer service number and was able to book over the phone however the price had gone up slightly. The lady explained the reason I could not book online was because the flight had gone up. However when I checked on the website the next day it was still showing the same flight price. The cost of the holiday is still good value and booking over the phone was done with ease.

We are sorry that you were initially unable to confirm your booing online BUT great that one of our agents helped to finalise the procedure for you. This is exactly why they are here; to make the booking process easier.
Because of the way we do our bookings i.e. that we use many different suppliers, it means that we can be subject to price changes and these are often in relation to the flights as we tend to use the "no Frills" airlines and as I am sure you are aware they can change prices several times a day. We do not over inflate our prices to cushion this but we do have to pass the cost on if this happens but we always tell you in advance, this is indeed the reason why some bookings could fail.
We try to ensure our website always reflects the true cost however this can be difficult to police.
