The staff were very helpful and easy to talk to. The receptionist know how to speak English which is good because my Spanish is limited. I did try to use up the bit of Spanish I know when talking to the staff.
The hotel is located in close walking distance to the public beach. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. There are parasols and sunbeds for rental at the beach or you can bring your own. If memory serves me correct it about 10 euros for the entire day. If you have children they will be in the water most of the time so it would be a waste to get sunbeds for them. There are also many day trips that you can go on just ask at reception because, you may just get a discount as I did. Restaurants and shops are close by. The main town is about 10-15 minutes walk away. It has a buzzing night life so there is plenty to do.
The hotel has a children's and adult swimming pool. There are lots of sunbeds. We did all inclusive which is good if you have children because they always want something to eat and drink.
We also met some really wonderful families that we are still in touch with. This helped to make my daughter's trip really good as she had friend to play with.
There is usually some kind of entertainment in the evenings. If you are disabled then there is an elevator. I would recommend staying on the lower floors if you have children if you need to use the stairs. I stayed on the second floor and it was fairly easy using the stairs when the elevator was taking it time to get to us.
There are many activities going on during the day. They have a display area where you will see all the events that are on for the day.
Some of the food was a bit repetitive but that's expected if you are there for more than 7 days. Over all the holiday was cheap but good.
