I had to change names when the holiday had been booked low cost said it was the airline , airline said it was low cost eventually low cost did the change at 10p per minute. Then due to an accident two people couldn't travel 8 emails on , £12.20 in phone calls and 8 weeks and 3 days on still it has not been sorted.
Emails not answered , phone calls not returned even emails addressed to a manager.
