Lowcost holidays do exactly what they say. We have booked with them for the last 5 years and had no problem. This year was the best holiday ever. The only thing I would like to point out and the problem is not so much with low cost but the transfers on Majorca to the hotel. The say that they only take up to an hour but we found people were sitting on coaches for up to 3 to 4 hours so be aware when booking. This year we hired a car through low cost and in 1 hour we were at out hotel.

I am very pleased to see that you had such a positive experience booking with us and then enjoying the holiday as much as you did.

Let me apologise for the transfers, We are advised of a standard journey time however depending on the stops the bus has to make this can be less or more. Unfotunately this is something outwith our control and we rely on our partners being as efficient as they possibly can.
