I was very disappointed in my hotel, firstly when we arrived the hotel that we had been booked at was closed down, it was one of a chain of 3 hotels, we went to the second hotel of the chain, and were told that that no reservation had been made, and they had never heard of lowcostholidays.com it was only when I produced the paper work that the hoteliers reluctantly put myself, my husband and 3 children up for the night, we were told that we would have to move to their sister hotel the following day as they were fully booked! The next day we went to the third hotel, was greeted by a dirty room where they only just managed to provide towels, there were cockroaches in the room and dining area, and it had to be sprayed on many occasions. The food was very bland, and consisted of practically the same choice for the whole 2 weeks, considering this hotel was recommended by first choice and lowcostholidays.com, I can safely say I will never book with either again!!'
