staff in reception, restaurant and cleaning were most helpful, the apartment had plenty of hot water, clean towels and bed linen. The inside of wardrobes and cupboards were also clean.
Although I didn't have full board, my family who were staying elsewhere joined me for a meal in the restaurant, excellent food and service. The one thing that made me feel "lost" was that I arrived at hotel 22.00 reception was closed and I didn't know what to do, a member of staff from the restaurant told me there was an envelope on door of reception containing my apartment key, there was no light and I had difficulty locating my name, I asked for a room near reception as my walking ability is n ot too good, sure enough apartment location was perfect for me. View from my balcony was beautiful. Totally enjoyed my visit and will go there again.
