Booked to go away to Majorca on 24th May 2011. Unfortunately flight was cancelled due to ash cloud.Emailed lowcostholiday for advise striaght away as their lines are closed after 5:30pm.Guess what I still not heard from them.Decided to phone them n I can hardly understand what the guy was telling me.Now I've to cancel the flights with ryanair (which wasnt too bad to do). Will have to get insurance/credit card company to refund me my hotel cost.I am annoyed that I've to deal with the situation myself.So much of booking via an agency. Never to book with this company ever again...very bad after sale service I'm afraid. Was very happy when I booked holiday as was cheaper than other agencies.
