I WORK IN TRAVEL, CUSTOMER SERVICES, IV HAD 4 COMPLAINTS, THREE OF THEM FROM CUSTOMERS WHILST ON HOLIDAY, AND THE ASSISTANCE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES AT LOW COST BEDS, HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD WITH A HOLIDAY COMPANY, NOT WANTING TO ASSISTY, ON ONE OF THE BOOKINGS, INCLUDING THE ON RESORT TEAM, I SPOKE TO 7 , YES 7 PEOPLE ION TOTAL TRYING TO GET A CUSTOMER AND HER FAMILY MOVED .WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
