Good hotel, food fair, good location.

The Alborado Beach Club in Costa Del Silencio, Tenerife is a large 4 storey hotel most apartments have a sea view and all with balconies.
Situated right on the sea front with a small dark sandy beach to the side. The hotel has what can only be described as football pitch sized swimming pool. Although it is a sea water pool there are plenty of fresh water showers for when you get out.
The sunbeds are hard plastic but most people buy lilos for 3.5 Euros from the shop next door (they will inflate them for free!) or you can hire a mattress for 1 Euro per day. Pool towels are available for a deposit of 10 Euros and a 1 Euro charge for each clean towel. The deposit is refunded at the end of your stay. Also available for hire is an Iron and hairdryer, both require a 10 Euro deposit which is refunded in full at the end of your stay. The hotel seems disable friendly with slopes everywhere if needed. The restaurant has its good points and bad. Good are, view is amazing looking over the pool and sea from a massive glass wall. Waiting staff and very quick and efficient and tables are cleared like lightning! Food is as expected, a good selection of salads which haven't been dressed in oil or vinegar. Hot food never is very hot except for the chips and soup. Desserts, good selection of fresh fruit, cakes, mousses and ice cream are always on offer.
Our apartment was very well equipped with 2 large double wardrobes, 1 in the bedroom and one in the hall. The bath has a bath with overhead shower, sink with mirror and small glass shelf, w.c. and bidet. No storage but is does have a socket.
In the bedroom there is also a dressing table with large mirror with a cupboard and 2 bedside cabinets with open space underneath and a drawer each.
Living room is large with a kitchen area equipped with all the usual utensils, kettle and toaster. A table that seat four, a pull out sofa-bed and an arm chair. The television is small but has HiDef and has a few English channels. It site on a large unit with cupboards underneath.
The balcony has a table and 2 chairs and looks directly out to sea. Room 411. Second floor. No air conditioning, but in October it was never that hot at night to feel uncomfortable.
