Travel all went well, although we were kept in transfer taxi at the airport for nearly an hour before setting off to hotel. When we arrived at hotel the reception staff were very busy and eventually handed keys by receptionist whilst she was still trying to talk to someone else on the phone. Not surprised therefore that we were shown to a double ground floor room instead of a twin upper floor room which we had paid for. We then had to wait a while before being moved to a twin room again on the ground floor, unfortunately this was within a couple of yards of the main beachfront promenade, which was extremely noisy until well after 1.30am. The fan in the air conditioning was emitting an irritating high pitched noise, and my bed was really smelly, by 2 am I went to reception in my dressing gown and asked that our room was changed in the morning. The staff were really polite and sympathetic and we were duly moved to the top floor the following morning, after which all was well with the accommodation, it was kept beautifully clean throughout.
The hotel grounds and the food were very good and we were looked after beautifully by the staff.

Unfortunately we discovered we had left some travel documents in the original room which were necessary for the return journey and we were advised at reception that this had not been handed in. I contacted the Love Holidays In Restort Customer Services and they very efficiently sent a further copy to my phone, which was excellent service.

Agadir resort in our view is perfect for a sunbathing/beach hoiday, but if you want to experience the real Morocco you need to travel further afield. ~We booked a couple of trips with Sahara Travel, both of which were not good value for money and the printed details were a bit misleading.

So to sum it up, we did enjoy our time, but thought that a week would have been better than a fortnight. On arrival at Gatwick Airport, we were kept waiting in our seats for quite a while with no reason being given and then eventually 6 police officers boarded the plane and after a further lengthy wait, two men from the rear of the plane were escorted off the plane, we never did find out what they had done!
