Not all inclusive & rooms not what we paid for

When we arrived the rooms allocated were not as booked. My mother booked and paid for a room with a balcony/terrace and the hotel said they did not have such rooms available. We looked at several rooms all looked like prison cells. My kids, 20 and 17, a boy and girl were put in a room with a double bed when on booking I specifically asked for single beds! Again the hotel said nothing they could do and only started to help when my mother started to cry. We had a down graded room in the end just for 2 single beds. Not a good start! I booked this through love holidays by phone and they did not deliver as promised. The hotel was not all inclusive as described! Drinks were not free unless water, coke or lemonade! The music around the pool unbearable! Very very loud from 10-11.30 at night. So loud in the afternoons you have to shout just to hear each other! We spoke to the animation team and they just dismissed us! Would not recommend this hotel at all probably one of the worst I have stayed in and I am usually easily pleased. I also will not be using Love Holidays again as they do not pass on any requirements to the resort!
