This is the first time I have booked a holiday with loveholidays.com. I found it just by chance on the web and from the start I thought, this is a site I will definitely book with again as I do like to do things by phone, having first checked them online - it's much more personal - and the staff seemed so efficient and the prices were spot on. However, I did have a problem with the final cost which made me very dubious about what I had done. In the end I got to speak to a supervisor and she was so pleasant and sorted my problem out with super efficiency. Not all holiday companies even answer your emails. I shall certainly be booking with loveholidays again and shall be recomminding it to all my friends.
