Bus journey from hell! Over 13 hours on a 3rd rate coach with the hearts stuck full on! No tv or radio! Beer mat jammed in the window to stop it from rattling! No tea or coffee like advertised!! Chaos with the seating! Kids ripped off the numbers on seats! These buses are being used to transport kids to school!! The coach was sub contracted from 1st choice travel. Avoid avoid avoid. Journey home heaters still stuck on! Dropped at Cardiff gate for a 50 minute wait for a feeder bus! Rang leisure time? They are bloody awful! She told me I upset her colleague! I/ we we had a journey from hell! I had a wife and 3 kids with me!!! I was more upset than them jokers! Never again. Leisure time take a long look at yourselves in the mirror??? I will happily come and sort your problems out??????? Before it goes sour for your company!!! Oh yes, no loo roll.

That's a bloody national joke 13 hours to great Yarmouth and I agree once they had dumped us on the way back from Llandudno at Cardiff gate services without any kind of warning or explanation and it was chaos there and I had got so fed up of them that I told them I wasn't getting the feeder bus back to town and would get the local bus instead and I did as with all due respect that was ridiculous and I am glad that the following trips I had booked with them got cancelled one after the other but its them losing out at the end of it all;
