Lake Garda, Venice and Verona tour.
Coach drivers didn't seem to have a clue what the best route was. We stopped several times at services that were closed and they gave us no information about what countries we were in. We were told that a cold buffet would be available on our arrival at the hotel only for one of the drivers to tell us that there would be no food. When people complained he rang the hotel and on our arrival there was some stale bread and some cheese and manky ham, that was it!
Awful customer service. They charged 38 euros for a trip that was sold as a 'cruise'. This was in fact a 20 minute boat ride that if we'd paid on arrival cost 10 euros. The coach journey there was advertised as included however when ALL of us complained we were told that the 38 euros included the journey!! Total miss selling. We requested a pick up from the hotel to Verona train station as we weren't travelling back to the UK and so they saved on a hotel room for us. They refused and finally offered us a taxi at a cost of 100 euros out of our own pockets. The hotel for the same journey would have charged 80 euros!  Will never recommend them and will add all my observations on our travel blog. Disgusting.

I completley agree with this I went on the Hertz fairytale tour in September. We missed diner due to arriving late the food was unsatisfactory when received and was mostly a cold buffet. The silver coach has less leg room than economy. 99 percent of the time was spent on the coach and no castles seen. Complaint was made and no reply after 28 days the staff are aggrssive and unhelpful.


Will never travel again the team delete reviews from Facebook and do not allow to leave on website.

They deleted my comments on fb too. I've just reposted and screenshot it.
Why do you delete posts from people who post valid points on how your service was very unsatisfactory? You do not reply to them ( I posted and mine was deleted and several others have had the same.)
There was no abuse, no swearing or anything other than we were not impressed with parts of the holiday.
If you delete this again I've screenshot both my posts and will just continue to post in other places I can give feedback where you cannot delete it. It's so unprofessional!!!

Don’t even bother complaining to Leger Holidays you’re wasting your time as every response to your complaint, no matter how bad, always finishes with the words similar to “We hope to see you again soon “. Even though you have emphasised in your letter, Leger Never Again!
