holiday with terrible crew

Lack of service, refreshments, collection of rubbish (except on tip day),comfort stops. Information on area and resorts sadly lacking, so journeys monotonous. Best travel when Mamma Mia put on, and least you had something to look at.
Bad timings for getting lunches on trips. Lack of planning 2 hours at a market that wasn't there could have been found out on internet.
Got lost going to a hotel, and underestimated travel time on all trips by 50 to 75 percent and would not always stop for comfort stops. 2nd driver did not have any say in anything, except to offer my husband a beer on the day before tip day, when we had already said we would not leave them a penny. By the way we always tip.
The castles & palaces were beautiful and we love Germany and the Rhine, this was our 1st time there with Leger,which we went on to see and experience further afield and sadly the crew who had no team spirit between them, spoilt what should have been a lovely and informative holiday. Last year we went to Poland and the trip and crew were fantastic and put up with a huge amount of problems, I dread to think if we had this crew.
