We were first attracted to this company by their great, interactive planning section on the website, which enabled us to view and prioritise our options. A follow-up telephone conversation made it clear this company knew what they were talking about, and several calls and emails later, we had, with his help, drawn up our ideal itinerary. An amazingly quick response to my initial enquiry produced a draft itinerary which I was able to tweak to suit and within budget. Latin Routes kept in constant touch and promptly dealt with all queries. The hotels chosen were of an excellent standard and the local agents used could not be faulted in any way - helpful and knowledgeable at all locations. I contacted Latin Routes about our proposed trip to Argentina along with 2 other companies. I was almost immediately rung to talk about our plans and they very quickly produced an outline suggestion with enough detail that I could see it was within our budget. After a little more chatting this was followed by a detailed plan and a hard copy of this. Meanwhile I still hadn't heard from the others. Latin Routes organised our visit to Australia to see our son via Dubai. The trip to Dubai was the first time there and, although, only there for one day, was fascinating. Hotel was excellent as well. Had a really relaxed bar which I have since found out is not the norm in Dubai. And a beautiful swimming pool on the roof. All the organisation for Australia was perfect. Antarctica was the real highlight, exceptional experience, travelling with Quark recommended by Martin Johnson, Latin Routes, turned out to be better and more than exspected. We started talking to Latin Routes rather late. They were very efficient and timely in responding to all our requests and therefore everything was booked in good time. Latin Routes organised my trip with return flights to Buenos Aires, domestic flights to/from Bariloche, the hotel, car hire and transfers. Competitively priced, they were most helpful with the planning and would also have organised trips and activities there if I had wanted them to. The arrangements were extremly smooth, no hiccups. Only at the booking stage but highly delighted at the speed of response and the efficient way Latin routes has gone about the process. Knowing what I wanted to do - see the Norther Lights - but not sure how to do it was not an issue as Latin Routes offered a number of suggestions for me to consider. Their service was excellent: they looked at many different options to find the BA flight that suited me best even though this involved changing the departure date at the last minute. I booked my flights with Latin Routes to travel in May this year. I unfortunately had an accident and was put in plaster so I had to postpone my trip to August. The service I received from Latin Routes was fantastic and within the hour my flights were changed to August at a minimal cost to myself.
