On 29/07/15 (under laterooms ) I paid £167 for 3 days plus fees for parking,but there were issues with the rooms on offer, there was no other choice but to find another Hotel to stay, when i asked for refund, i was told that laterooms that i booked through would pay me back (even though it was Airport Inn Gatwick Hotel that charged my card), Laterooms later told me differently, laterooms told me that the amount charged has nothing whatsoever to do with laterooms that I should go back to the Hotel and demand the money back. The Hotel Manager after avoiding me for several days denied me ever coming to the hotel let alone pay any money, he said there are no records! which is somewhat laughable as there is a receipt and evidence that the money had left my bank account to Gatwick Inn Hotel Bank account. up till now I still haven't got my money back
I am in the process of getting in touch with the owner of Britania hotels, lets up this dosen't end up in small claims court
