Not happy with my recent stay booked through Laterooms. Was advertised as including breakfast, unfortunately at the end of our stay we were charged. We took it up with Laterooms on return but straight away they updated their website and asked if we had a screen shot of the original booking. Would like to know if anybody else has experienced the same type of problem as we will not be using them again. We always book online and have never had this problem before.
