As users of Laterooms we have up until recently been more than satisfied with the company, but lately we get no comfirmation Email about our bookings, this means we have to either ring or Email our hotel to check we have a firm booking.
It isn't good enough, you need to know your booking is secure

Hi, really sorry to read about the issues you've had. I'll be sure to escalate your feedback to the relevant departments here. There should be no problem with the confirmation emails being sent through to those booking, is it possible they went into your spam folder or there is a filter which is blocking them at your end?
