Through Late Rooms I managed to book a room at less than half the going rate which was a good deal. I wouldn't have rated the hotel 4 star, as it purports to be - worn carpets, bathroom tiles v slippy and in places uneven, bath stained in places, and staircase up to the first floor rooms was the steepest I've ever seen in any accommodation - but the room was clean, bed v comfy, warm welcome, good breakfast. Just surprised to find I had to pay on leaving when I thought I'd already done so on booking.
